So I watch a lot of TED video's on Youtube. and it got me thinking, shouldn't we approach things as if we want to appear on TED to talk about them?? This is setting the bar quite high I must agree, but maybe not a bad moon-shot approach to have?
Or even the following might work as well. I had a look at a video on Youtube about the kind of things people in Russia of all place have captured while riding in their cars. In Russia, because of all the accident that happens, most probably due to the bad weather, the insurance organisations insist that people have dash cams in their cars to help with insurance claims. Now apart from all the "drunken Russian" videos this has created on Youtube, the one I watched today was about people stoping to assist old ladies across the road. So my thinking was, before you do anything in life, you should be acting in such a manner that if you had a dash cam follow you around, you will be happy with the way you conducted yourself. Mmm, maybe GoPro is correct in saying "Be a hero" in your life!!

The another thing that struck me this week was Tigger from the Winnie the Pooh fame. Tigger (a tiger) is always full of energy, positive and enthusiastic about everything, jumping around on his tail and trying to get Eeyore to see the lighter side of things. Eeyore, a polar opposite of Tigger, is always pessimistic and gloomy about the world. We should really make an effort to be more of an "Tigger" about the world.
What would your TED talk be about?
